The only cooked sauce in our range, this is a blend of hot peppers, onions, ginger, prawns and fish, gently fried in vegetable oil to make a rich, warm and mouth watering “chilli-oil”.
BEST WITH:
Use as an exotic condiment to accompany  fish and meat dishes. Excellent in stews and gravy or  tossed with pasta, noodles, fried rice, couscous etc. Great as a dip, and many recommend it as an unusual sandwich spread!
